Numada Homecare Ltd is supported by Numada Healthcare with its own Training, Auditing, Quality Assurance and Human Resources Departments.

The Registered Provider and Managing Director is Mr Zahid Datoo. He operates Bury Lodge Nursing Home, Thalassa Nursing Home, Carleen Nursing Home, Merlin Park Residential Home and Redclyffe House Care Home for Learning Disabilities. He is involved in other Care Homes in the county and is responsible for the day to day support on management, building structure and day to day operations.

The Registered Manager is Miss Anna Paterson, she oversees the management and compliance of the whole service but has day to day responsibilities on the REACT service.
She is supported by her Deputy Manager Mrs Claire Roper, who runs the homecare service day to day operations and completes the induction training for all new staff. There are dedicated Co-ordinators and Supervisors for each service who support a team of Support Workers.
